01Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using the 6lll platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a promotion — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 6lll ("the Platform").
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 6lll platform and, if you have an account, contact support to arrange its closure. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
02Eligibility Requirements
To register and maintain an account on the 6lll platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- You are at least 21 years of age. 6lll enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all account holders without exception. Age verification is conducted during the KYC process and may be requested at any time.
- You are registering as an individual for personal entertainment only, not on behalf of any business entity or third party.
- You have not previously been excluded from the 6lll platform voluntarily or by Platform decision, and you are not subject to a self-exclusion order that is currently active.
- You are not depositing funds that you cannot afford to lose. 6lll is an entertainment platform; its games are not a reliable means of generating income.
- The account you are creating is solely for your own use. You may not create, use, or control an account on behalf of another person.
03Account Registration and KYC
Each player may hold exactly one account on the 6lll platform. Registration requires provision of accurate personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and active Bangladeshi mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times. 6lll operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme for all accounts as follows:
- Identity verification documents (national ID or passport) are required to complete KYC. An account that has not completed KYC may have deposit, withdrawal, and gameplay restrictions applied until verification is concluded.
- 6lll reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including at the point of withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documents within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension.
- All information provided during registration and KYC must be true, complete, and your own. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 6lll will never contact you by phone, SMS, or messaging app to request your password. Any such contact should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to 6lll support immediately.
Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 6lll will close the duplicate account(s), void any winnings generated from the duplicate account, and may apply restrictions to the primary account pending investigation. Players who discover they have accidentally created a duplicate account must contact 6lll support immediately to resolve the situation.
04Deposits and Withdrawals
6lll supports deposits and withdrawals through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:
- The minimum deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, although 6lll reserves the right to request KYC documentation for deposits above certain thresholds as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations.
- Withdrawals are processed only to a payment method registered in the same name as the 6lll account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
- Withdrawal requests for fully KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within minutes to bKash or Nagad. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer and are subject to the receiving bank's settlement schedule.
- 6lll does not charge fees on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions for verified accounts. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply its own transaction charges, for which 6lll is not responsible.
- All deposited funds must be used for gameplay on the 6lll platform. Depositing and immediately withdrawing without any gameplay activity (commonly referred to as money cycling) is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
6lll reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, receipt of requested documentation, or investigation of suspected fraudulent or prohibited activity. In such cases, 6lll will notify the affected player and provide an estimated resolution timeline where possible.
05Bonuses and Promotions
6lll offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:
- All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
- Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn as cash until the wagering requirement is met. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount, or to the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion.
- 6lll reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been claimed, 6lll will honour the terms applicable at the time of claiming.
- Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Players who attempt to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts or payment methods will be considered to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for the specified game(s) only and expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms. Winnings from free spins are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal.

06Game Rules and Fair Play
All games available on the 6lll platform are provided by independently certified third-party studios. Each game is governed by its own ruleset, which is accessible within the game interface. In addition to individual game rules, the following platform-wide fair play standards apply:
- All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. 6lll does not control, influence, or manipulate game outcomes. The house edge on each game is fixed by the studio and reflected in the published RTP percentage.
- In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round is void and the wagered stake is returned to the player's account. 6lll is not liable for any perceived lost winnings arising from a technical interruption.
- 6lll reserves the right to void bets or game rounds where there is evidence of technical error, data corruption, or any other anomaly that has materially affected the integrity of the game outcome.
- Players must not use any automated software, bot, script, or external tool to interact with platform games. Any use of such tools constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.
For sports betting markets, 6lll reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the result was known to the bettor at the time of placement, or where an obvious pricing error (palpable error) was present in the offered odds. In genuine palpable error cases, bets will be settled at the correct price or voided at 6lll's discretion.
07Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 6lll platform. Engaging in any of the listed activities is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent exclusion from the platform:
- Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, colluding with other players to generate artificial wagering volume, or exploiting technical errors to generate unearned winnings.
- Fraud, including providing false identity documents, using stolen or unauthorised payment methods, or any other form of deception intended to gain financial benefit from the platform.
- Money laundering or any transaction that is intended to conceal the origin of illegally obtained funds. 6lll cooperates fully with relevant authorities and will report suspicious transactions as required by applicable law.
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the platform, place wagers, or claim bonuses.
- Collusion with other players, including but not limited to: sharing account access, coordinating bets to guarantee profit, or any other form of cooperative play that undermines the integrity of fair play.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing 6lll staff or other players through any communication channel including live chat, email, or social media.
6lll's determination of whether a breach of the Prohibited Conduct policy has occurred is final. Players who believe an enforcement action has been taken in error may submit a formal dispute through the platform's support channel.
08Account Suspension and Termination
6lll reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to any of the Prohibited Conduct items listed in Section 7 above.
- Where a player requests voluntary self-exclusion or account closure. Voluntary closure requests are processed within one business day. Where a balance remains on the account at closure, it will be refunded to the player's verified payment method subject to standard KYC checks.
- Where 6lll is required to do so by applicable law, court order, regulatory direction, or instruction from a competent authority.
Where an account is closed by 6lll due to a confirmed breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach. 6lll will communicate its decision in writing to the player's registered email address.
09Responsible Gaming
6lll is committed to providing responsible gaming tools to all account holders. These tools are available free of charge from within account settings and are operational 24/7. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively to ensure that gaming remains an enjoyable leisure activity:
- Deposit limits: set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and within 24 hours when increased.
- Loss limits: set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum net loss amount. Once the limit is reached, further play is suspended for the remainder of the period.
- Session time reminders: set reminders that alert you after a specified duration of continuous play.
- Self-exclusion: voluntarily exclude yourself from the 6lll platform for a defined cooling-off period (1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10Intellectual Property

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any platform content is strictly prohibited.
Game titles and associated artwork remain the intellectual property of their respective studios and are licensed to 6lll for display purposes only. Players may not capture, record, reproduce, or distribute game footage or screenshots for commercial purposes without prior written consent from both 6lll and the relevant studio.
11Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 6lll's total liability to any player in connection with use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 6lll expressly excludes liability for the following:
- Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
- Platform unavailability due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failure, third-party network outages, force majeure events, or any other circumstances beyond 6lll's reasonable control.
- Losses arising from a player's failure to safeguard their account credentials, or from unauthorised access to a player's account that occurs as a result of the player's own negligence.
Nothing in this clause limits 6lll's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter for which liability cannot be limited under applicable law. Players retain all statutory rights afforded to them under the laws of Bangladesh.
12Privacy and Data Protection
6lll collects and processes personal data as described in the 6lll Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
All personal data submitted to 6lll is transmitted over 256-bit SSL encrypted connections and stored on secured servers. 6lll does not sell player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only as required for payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable law.
13Amendments to These Terms
6lll reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. 14Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

6lll will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 3 business days and will endeavour to reach a resolution within 14 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the player may seek recourse through any alternative dispute resolution mechanism available to them under applicable law.
